Safety routines
Drop-off and pickup
Each child is handed over in person, at the door. We release a child only to the adults on your list, and we ask for ID from anyone we don't know.
Allergies
Tell us about any allergy at the tour. Once you enroll, we ask again in private, and the plan is written down where the adults who feed the children can see it.
Naps and safe sleep
Babies sleep on their backs, in their own cots, with nothing else in the cot. Older children rest on mats at the time each one needs.
Clean hands
Hands are washed when children arrive, before they eat and after they play outside.
Two adults
Zoya and Zhanna share the day, so when one adult steps away, the other stays with the group.

What certified means
In plain words.
Oregon's Department of Early Learning and Care, DELC, certifies family child care homes. Certified means the state has looked at the home and at the adults who care for children there, and the certificate says how many children the home may care for: here, up to 10 children, ages 6 weeks to 5 years, with 2 adults.
The certificate number is at the bottom of every page, and you can ask to see the certificate at the tour.
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child. The first answer on the family policies page says how we do it.
Questions about the certificate?
Zoya answers them at the tour, and you can ask to see the certificate in person.
